Have a CV and a job ad?
See how well your CV fits the job.
Paste the job ad. CV Roll checks each requirement against your CV and shows what’s there, quoted from your CV, what’s easy to miss, and what’s missing.

Quotes, not guesses
Every match points to a line in your CV.

Questions, answered
Is the match check free?
Yes. With a free account you can run up to 5 checks a day, without using Rolls. When you tailor a CV to a job ad, checking the tailored version against that ad is free too.
Why do I need an account?
Your CV stays private to your account, so the check runs after you sign up, by email or with Google. It takes a minute and needs no card.
How is the score worked out?
Each requirement in the job ad counts once, and the ones the ad says are required count double. A requirement your CV clearly shows counts in full, one that’s easy to miss counts half.
Will tailoring add what’s missing?
No. Tailoring rewrites what’s already in your CV so it stands out. It won’t add skills or experience you don’t have. If you do have them, add them in the editor.
Is this an ATS score?
No. Every applicant tracking system is set up differently, and none of them publishes a score. The check shows what someone reading your CV for this job would find.
Can I paste a link to the job ad?
Yes. Paste the link and CV Roll fetches the ad’s text. If a site blocks that, paste the text instead.
